Yes, little world, whatever our age, we will always like to make THIS little “gourmet” break in the afternoon. After all, let’s forget the scales for a while, and please our taste buds!
So to brighten up your Sunday, today I offer you a recipe for smiling cookies that is easy to make. Roll up your sleeves and get your pussies. Ready, fire, get in the oven!
For about 25 soft cookies, you will need:
530g of flour
½ chemical yeast sachet
250g brown sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
300g chocolate cut into pieces
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Mix the flour and yeast in a bowl. In a bowl, whisk the brown sugar and vanilla sugar together with the butter with an electric mixer. Add the eggs and salt to this mixture and mix for one minute. Add and mix the contents of the bowl to the bowl, then add the chocolate pieces. Space small piles of dough on a baking paper-lined plate. Bake the mixture for 10 minutes, wait until your cookies cool down a little and enjoy!
My “little something extra”: instead of putting 300g of chocolate, I only cut 150g of it into small cubes and add 150g of m&m’s in pieces. Before putting them in the oven, I decorate my cookies with whole m&m’s. Of course, you can use other delicacies for the preparation such as chocobons, Kinder pieces… Cook according to your desires and have fun!
